Orders are shipped with PostNord Sweden / Postal Express Service.
Some of our country necklaces are not stock items, and are produced after the order has been made. We will ship out your order between 7-14 working days after you placed the order.
Once the order has been shipped out:

Scandinavia: 2-3 days
Europe: 3-5 days
Rest of world: 5-10 days
Transport risk
If an item is damaged in transit, notification shall be made to the carrier, and will then be replaced from there or from us. We do not stand for transport risk in the event returned to us. If an item is lost in transit, notification shall be made to the carrier or to us, and will then be replaced from there or from us. We do not stand for transportation risk when the item is not insured or in the event returned to us.
